loving the unlovable

This is Eva's new love...her green bear. The fabric looks like it was taken off of a couch from 1970 (I think it actually was), it has no eyes, nose or mouth and a gross pink yarn scarf.

The story behind this sick little bear started a few weeks ago when a sweet older woman dropped off about 100 of these at Art's fire station. His chief took one look at them and told Art to throw them out, he felt like they could potentially traumatize a small child. So, Art feeling bad takes one out to take home for Eva to chew up and then we can quickly throw it away.

Of course this is the one toy she chooses to be her baby. She carries this around with her everywhere and gently licks it until she falls asleep. So, this gross green bear is apart of the family now. Thanks Eva for loving the unlovable.
