After our day of walking we decided that we needed to sit down. We found this quaint little French cafe and found a table outside under some patio heaters. We both ordered a cup of coffee with cream. This was no ordinary cup of joe...this was by far the best cup of coffee I have ever had.

Here she is in all of her rich, creamy glory and boy did she come with a price!

Here is our view from the cafe. What a wonderful place to rest. I would have been content to spend the rest of my day sitting there people watching.

As a side note I embarrassed myself at our little cafe. While having the best cup of coffee ever I also thought it would be so wonderful to have a sweet to go with that. I was really craving a big chocolate chip cookie. As our waiter was walking away from our table I called out to him if I could have a cookie. He turned around and repeated with a slightly puzzled look on his face, "a cookie?" "No we don't have any cookie." I quickly learned that the French don't eat cookies, they eat pastries. He didn't let me forget my silly question and proceeded to ask me if I wanted a cookie each time he would come by our table. So if you go to France don't ask for a cookie to eat!
